Delete your account

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

To delete your account:

• Email us at support@ultimatetrainer.app from the email address associated with your account
• Use the subject line “Delete Account Request”
• In the body of the email, please indicate which App Store you downloaded the app from. 

Once we receive your request:

• Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will no longer be able to access your account or any related content

Data retention

Some information may be retained after account deletion if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction and billing records). Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted when no longer legally required.
