Our Story

We’re a small team brought together by a shared obsession with fitness and a belief that better tools create better athletes.

This has been a fun project to build, we’ve met every week since August 2024— testing, developing, and refining this app together from around the country. Our team spans from St. Louis to Boston, and Connecticut. What started as conversations between people who love training has grown into a platform designed to help others train smarter and stay consistent.

We come from different backgrounds but share the same mindset: discipline, curiosity, and a desire to improve. Some of us run marathons and Ironmans. Others spend their time under a barbell, on the golf course, or with a guitar in hand. But we all understand the value of showing up, putting in the work, and chasing progress.

This app was built out of a desire to break free from rigid, corporate-built fitness tools that miss the mark for real users. We wanted something simpler. More honest. Built by people who actually train.

We’re not a big company. We’re builders, athletes, and lifelong students of fitness—creating the kind of app we wanted to use ourselves.

And we’re just getting started.
